Yesterday The Parker County Outlaws had their first team match against the Big Cats and came out on top!

Boys Singles:
Winner - Preston Spivey, Parker County Outlaws / Score: 6-1

Boys Doubles:
Winner - Preston Spivey & Chase Ballard Parker County Outlaws / Score: 6-4

Girls Doubles:
Winner - Desiree Dority and Mackenzie Morelock Parker County Outlaws / Score 6-4


Mixed Doubles:
Winner - Willow Griffith and Alec Mader Parker County Outlaws / Score 6 - 3

Parker County has finally managed to get together a Junior Team Tennis team to represent us in the USTA. The Team will consist of players that are under the age of 18 and are of intermediate skill level. The Outlaws had their first practice yesterday and the Captains were very pleased with what they saw. PCTA can't wait to see all of these great players represent Parker County in their upcoming events. The schedule will be released on March 24th.

An 8th grade boy, Preston Spivey, from right here in Weatherford placed 2nd at a Mid City Jr Circuit tournament in Dallas today on January the 13th. Preston is 13 and played in the 14 and under division. Preston dropped a total of 4 games up until the final round where he lost 8-5 to the #1 seed. I think its safe to say he was happy with the results!!
