Parker County Tennis Association is a USTA registered Community Tennis Association approved by United States Tennis Association (USTA) National.
Parker County Tennis Association was reorganized in November 2006, has 172 members and as of October 2008 has a 501c3 non-profit status.
On December 6, 2007 PCTA hosted a ribbon cutting at Soldier Spring tennis courts located on Charles Street across from Hall Middle School. The Soldier Spring Tennis Center is their current center for tennis.
PCTA, in conjunction with the City of Weatherford and Weatherford Independent School District, has provided funding along with other community organization, anonymous donors and matching grants from the USTA Texas Section for the replacement of windscreens, re-fencing, viewing benches at Soldier Spring Tennis Center.
